Latrail Crawford-Temple’s Bio

Latrail Crawford-Temple serves as Director of Patient Services and Billing for Roots Community Health’s where she is responsible for leading the overall operations and optimization of the revenue cycle.  Among her several duties, Latrail oversees the electronic health records system, financial and patient utilization reporting to California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, registration and patient services, financial reconciliation, charge capture, coding, billing to third parties, collection of patient service revenues and coordinating revenue-generating services with Roots’ health system partners.  Prior to joining Roots, Latrail served more than 25 years in various management roles regarding the financial aspects of health care delivery and worked with a wide variety of medical practices throughout the Bay Area, including Hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Clinics and Private Practices.
