Latrail Crawford

Latrail Crawford serves as Director of Patient Services and Billing for Roots Community Health Center’s where she is responsible for overseeing member services service, referrals and the revenue cycle. Among her several duties, Ms. Crawford oversees the electronic health records system, financial and patient utilization reporting to California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, registration and patient services, financial reconciliation, charge capture, coding, billing to third parties, collection of patient service revenues and coordinating revenue-generating services with Roots’ health system partners. 

Prior to joining Roots, Ms. Crawford served more than 25 years in various management roles regarding the financial aspects of health care delivery and worked with a wide variety of medical practices throughout the Bay Area, including Hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Clinics and private practices.
