Clean 360 Opens Bath and Body Care Store In East Oakland
Clean 360 will grand open its third store on Thursday, February 2, 2016, at 9925 International Blvd. Oakland, CA. The much-anticipated opening will feature Clean 360 handmade, natural, organic soaps, butters, lotions, oils and bath and body products.
Clean 360 is a social enterprise that creates small batch, handcrafted soaps from the finest ingredients in its workshop in Oakland’s Uptown neighborhood. We take pride in crafting freshly made bath and body care products, including 100% all-natural shower gels, revitalizing sugar body scrubs, whipped body butters and shea butter hair pomade. Clean 360 features several varieties of handmade bar soaps made in small batches by blending fine essential oils to create customized scents.
“Due to the success of our Uptown Oakland and Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza retail locations, we are happy to expand our reach to the community in East Oakland. The opening of our new retail store brings more jobs to our local community, and will be one of the first natural bath and body care stores serving East Oaklanders,” says Roots Community Health COO Aquil Naji. “All Clean 360 employees are participants in Roots Community Health’s workforce development program, the Emancipators Initiative. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sales of Clean 360 bath and body products are used to grow and sustain the program.”
The store itself offers a clean, bright and inviting design filled with the enticing scents of custom blended soaps. “When customers walk in the door we plan to wow their senses,” explained Aquil Naji. “The shelves are filled with fresh, aromatic, unwrapped soaps and natural body care products. We tell the story of our social enterprise along our display walls.”
Grand Opening Promotions
At the grand opening, shoppers will receive a free Clean 360 soap bar with purchase. Drawings will be held every 30 minutes. Prizes include Clean 360 gift baskets and Elysium Spa gift certificates. The gift basket includes a variety of our all-natural handcrafted soaps, a shower puff, exfoliating gloves, and or four-in-one pedicure brush.
